At Pharma Health Service, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds for eligible products. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options and the requirements for processing returns.

We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. This applies to non-prescription wellness products, unused medical supplies, and non-compounded supplements. However, certain items cannot be returned due to safety and regulatory requirements. These include prescription medications, compounded peptides and injectables, opened or used products, and temperature-sensitive items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at returns@pharmahealthservice.com or by phone at (555) 123-4567 during our business hours of Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. When contacting us, please provide your order number, photos of the unopened products, and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return label for U.S. customers or provide specific instructions for international returns. After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, do not open or use it. Instead, take clear photos of the damaged packaging, product defects, and shipping label, then email this evidence to support@pharmahealthservice.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund immediately without requiring you to return the damaged goods.

For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. International customers should contact us for customized return solutions as shipping costs and procedures may vary by country.

LIf you need to exchange a product, we can apply your refund toward a new order. In cases where we made an error in your shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs for the exchange.

Due to strict safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used medications, custom-compounded peptides, or temperature-controlled therapies. The only exception is if we shipped the wrong item, in which case we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive your return, though your card issuer may take an additional 2-3 days to post the credit. We do not accept returns of expired products as we only ship items with a minimum 6-month shelf life. If you receive an expired product, please contact us immediately. In the rare event that you receive someone else’s order, email us right away so we can arrange a free return and expedite your correct items.

We also offer the option of store credit instead of a refund if you prefer.
